The City Reliquary Museum is pleased to present *Pizza Box Chronicles: A History of New York’s Most Significant Pizzerias as Told Through Their Boxes! *Produced in collaboration with Scott’s Pizza Tours (scottspizzatours.com) the exhibition will feature a comprehensive display of NYC pizza boxes. The story of NYC’s illustrious pizza history will be told through the iconic box. Each box will be contextualized with a brief history and a photo from the New York Pizza Project.
The exhibit will include some sights and sounds of New York pizzerias, including artifacts from some of the pizza parlors of yore and fun interactive displays. The exhibition is designed by Steph Mantis Designs, in partnership with Scott’s Pizza Tours and The City Reliquary Museum and Civic Organization. For the duration of the exhibition, the Museum will present a range of educational and social programming.
