Tomorrow!
The City Reliquary's 8th Annual Bicycle Fetish Day will take place on Havemeyer Street between Hope and Grand Streets from 12pm-6pm, featuring bike activities, bike competitions, bike rides, bike advocacy groups, and bike artists selling their bike wares. (Are you sensing a theme? Hazard a guess. It's bikes.)
Our event partners include Transportation Alternatives, TIME'S UP!, Taliah Lempert Bicycle Paintings, Outlier Tailored Performance, POW!, Neighbors Allied for Good Growth, Mer Bags, d'emploi brooklyn, Coast Cycles, Horse Cycles, Vaya Bags, and others. Plus BMX tricks courtesy of Post Bikes. Plus plus sets from DJ Tinseltown.
Bring your bike because, as always, we'll be giving out trophies and other prizes—including a donated bike from NYC Bikes—for:
-
Best Vintage Bike
-
Best Mutant Bike
-
Best Commuter Bike
-
Best Handmade Bike
-
Best Small-Wheel Bike
-
Best Ugly Bike
-
Best in Show Bike
**It's free to enter, and judging will start at 2pm.**
With a BBQ grill and deliciously caffeinated cold brew from Oslo Coffee, you couldn’t, you wouldn't, you shouldn't miss this yearly celebration of all things bicycle.
After the daytime festivities, join us at the City Reliquary's backyard for the afterparty, with beer from Brooklyn Brewery available by donation.
PS: Our friends and yours at [Crest Hardware](http://crestgarden.tumblr.com/) are still taking art submissions for the **11th Annual Crest Fest**, which opens on June 30. Check out their [call to artists](http://cresthardwareartshow.com/wordpress/?page_id=7) and send in your hardware-inspired masterpieces. This year's Crest Fest will benefit the City Reliquary, so it's a one-two punch of great art and a great cause.
