**EVENTS** **– **
**Saturday, January 27**: "Canners" screening and Q&A with Manfred Kirchheimer; one or two vollies needed from about 6 – 10
**NEWS/REMINDERS/MISCELLANEOUS:**
As listed above, we have one late addition to our event schedule that we could use some help for. It is part of our programming for our current special exhibit *NYC Trash! Past, Present, & Future. *It is a screening of the film* Canners* (2017), which presents the men and women who collect New York City’s cans and bottles for redemption. There will also be a post-screening Q&A with director Manfred (Manny) Kirchheimer.
Due to the closing of our neighbor (and museum friend) Saltie, we have had to move our spare set of keys. They are now located at the corner bodega where we normally purchase, among other things, ice and toilet paper when we are in a pinch. More specifically, the one on the corner of Metropolitan and Havemayer; the next corner once you make a left after exiting the museum.
Big thanks as always,
Dominick
