Spring has arrived—and with it, new projects and events at the City Reliquary. Read on to learn about **our brand-new** **podcast**, the return of **Miss Subways**, farewell to **Wonder Women** and ***Dear Spider-Man***, and **upcoming backyard events**.

We're excited to announce [***Undiscarded: Stories of New York***](http://www.undiscarded.org). Created in partnership with [**CitizenRacecar**](https://www.citizenracecar.com/) and hosted by **Tania Mohammad** (producer/host of *Act Two New York*), this podcast tells unique stories of disappearing New York told through the City Reliquary's collection of everyday artifacts.

From burlesque to bird-watching, from city planning to pastrami on rye, ***Undiscarded ***connects listeners with the people who make New York so gloriously messy.

The first three episodes, **available NOW on undiscarded.org, **feature the following artifacts and experts:

After a pandemic-imposed hiatus, **Miss Subways** is back on track! Mark your calendar for **Friday, April 28** at New York’s historic nexus of the weird and whimsical, **Coney Island USA, **for our annual celebration of New York City subways and subcultures.

As in years past, the event is open to contestants of all gender identities, body types, and ages 18+. A panel of ***local celebrity judges*** will decide who takes the transit tiara.

For over 20 years, the City Reliquary has preserved New York City history while also making it--through exhibits and programs that showcase the histories of our city, and events that provide a space for new talent happening in New York right now.
