**Saturday, October 6:** Private party event rental. One vollie needed
from about 6pm to 10pm.
**NEWS/REMINDERS/MISCELLANEOUS:**
First, just FYI: both of the events for this weekend (Friday, 9/14 and Saturday, 9/15) have been cancelled (due to a caterpillar epidemic in the backyard–no joke).
Second, just a reminder that our second annual (revived) Miss Subways pageant is coming up in just over two weeks, on Thursday, 9/27. This year it is off-site, at Littlefield (in the Gowanus/Park Slope area). Last year was an amazing event and this year should be even better. While the venue will be handling our normal event roles, we would love to have a solid presence there, representing the museum for this signature event.
