August Happenings at The Reliquary
Friday Film Nite featuring programs by Tommy Stathes, Nelson Hughes, and Willy Hartland.
**We need one vollie from 7-10. You'll be handling admissions and once the films start, you'll be able to pass along front desk duties and head to the backyard to check out the movies. **
This private event is an annual celebration of the world's worst craft (and macro) brews and is a guaranteed good time. The same event took place in the yard last summer, and the hosts of BBF are incredibly sweet, helpful, and civic. It will be a easy-running, fun afternoon.
**Sarah will assisting with this event, as I'll be out of town. One vollie from 4-7 would be appreciated. **
Emily & Liam are soon-to-be newlyweds that own local Williamsburgh wine bar, Denizen. They're having a backyard party for ~60 people in celebration of their wedding.
**We need one or two vollies from 6-10 for general assistance in set up, breakdown, and bartending. **
This will be an all day music festival of garage, psych, punk, & more. There'll be BBQ, bands, and beer, and it promises to be a great last-hurrah-of-summer party.
**We need one vollie from 2-6 and another from 6-10. It's an all-day fest, so we'll need assistance with ice runs, bartending, and front desk / museum monitoring. **
This will be the final installment of Healix Collective's summer residency in the Reliquary backyard. In June they screened a film about a writing group in a woman's prison and their TBA August programming will have a similar social-justice slant.
**We need one vollie from 6-10 for general assistance in set up, breakdown, and admissions.**
